What is a retractable garage on tracks?
The garage structure extends and retracts along tracks fixed at ground level. The SunnyJoy range uses an aluminum frame with polycarbonate panels and offers manual or motorized operation. This covers the parking area with a moving structure; a retractable garage-door screen only covers the doorway. Which model should I consider for one or two cars?
The 2.0 Single Garage (SunnyJoy-DCK-2.0) measures 6 m long × 3.5 m wide × 2.6 m high. The 3.0 Double Garage (SunnyJoy-SCK-3.0) measures 6 m × 6.67 m × 2.8 m. Compare your vehicle dimensions and parking arrangement with these two standard models. Site measurements are used to assess suitability; they do not create a custom-size product offer.

Is the listed footprint enough space to install and use it?
The nominal rectangular footprints are 21 m² for the 2.0 single model and 40.02 m² for the 3.0 double model. These are length × width calculations, not the required installation area or clear internal parking dimensions. Send usable site length, width and height, vehicle dimensions, and a sketch showing walls, gates, steps and drains. Track placement, the retracted structure, vehicle-door opening and pedestrian access must also be checked. Request the model drawing and confirm these clearances before ordering.
Installation preparation
What should be checked before fixing the ground tracks?
Provide photos of the entrance, both site boundaries and the existing ground, plus information about slope, drainage and access for delivery and installation. A photo alone does not establish that paving or a slab can accept the anchors. The installation base, fixing method and track alignment must be confirmed for the actual site. Ask who prepares the base, installs the unit and provides any electrical connection required for the selected motorized configuration.

Give the installation city or postcode and any requirements confirmed by the local authority or a qualified local professional. Ask SunnyJoy which model-specific drawings or verified documents are available for that project. Material specifications and overall dimensions do not establish a wind or snow rating. Send the model, quantity, manual or motorized operation, preferred finish, options, destination postcode and site photos.
